All these recipes are downloadable in self extracting Zip form. That means that when you select a recipe from the drop down list and
press the icon next to the menu list, a dialogue box will give you a choice of either to "run" "save" or "cancel". Click on the save
button and it will be downloaded to the file on your computer that you choose. Double click the Zip "exe" file and another dialogue
will ask you where you want the file saved. The default choice is set to "C:/Program Files" but you can change the folder choice.
Click the "save" button and it puts the files where you want. The reason for this format is because not every one has a "Zip" program
(i.e. Winzip, etc.). Now the files you have extracted are in PDF form which stands for "portable document file" and if you have Adobe
Acrobat reader or viewer or a similar program that displays PDF documents your in business. If you do not have a PDF program you can
download the free program Here. So enjoy the recipes and then invite me over for dinner. (Just Kidding..unless you know...you're
